1. Artworks and Framed Items
- Orders for artworks and framed items cannot be canceled once confirmed. If you need to consult us about your order, please reach out immediately.
- Custom orders based on your specifications begin production immediately upon order confirmation, making cancellations impossible.
2. Replica and Merchandise Products
- Orders for paper products can be canceled after order confirmation but before shipment. Depending on the product's status and preparation for shipment, cancellation fees may apply.
- Returns after shipment will incur shipping fees and handling charges for refunds.

Return Policy
1. Return Conditions:- All purchases are final and cannot be returned due to customer preference.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase only for damages caused by our company.
- Unilateral returns are not accepted under any circumstances, and no refunds will be provided for such returns.
2. Return Procedure:
- If you wish to return a product due to damage caused by our company, please contact the seller in advance to proceed with the return shipment. The shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Refund Process:
